The Hologram Billboards in the new Ghost in the Shell

Love or hate the remake, you can’t deny that there are some cool visuals in the live-action Ghost in the Shell. I especially love all the Blade Runner-esq billboards and ads that surround the skyscrapers of the fictional New Port City.

The Brontës

PBS released a biographical TV movie on the Brontë sisters last week, To Walk Invisible The Brontë Sisters. The movie shows us Charlotte, Anne, and Emily getting their start as writers under their male pseudonyms and what their home life was like at the time, living with their father and brother.

The movie couldn’t have come out at a better time, as I am currently reading Jane Eyre!

Spring is in the air and I am right there with her, taking in the blooms and accessorizing myself to blend in. Everything from my phone case to wallet has a floral print.

Veggies!

Oh, this one is super boring? Yeah, well, the past couple of weeks I’ve been trying to eat as close to vegan as possible. So far I’ve failed almost everyday to eat completely vegan because I’m a weak human with a shortage of willpower when it comes to food. BUT, I’m keeping a relaxed approach when it comes to this dietary change and, sort-of, just starting over everyday.

Bubble Tea

This is pretty ongoing and I know it’s trendy, but I can’t help it. I still love Bubble Tea and Bubble Coffee. Thanks to the fact that it has been such a huge trend, I can get Bubble Tea all over Atlanta now! Although, with the whole vegan thing, my bubble options are now limited.
