Mmmm… books. Even more mmm? Carefully posed and photographed book still lifes on the internet.
If you’re like me and you drool over bound paper, then you are probably already familiar with bookstagram- essentially pictures of books on Instagram. I just love the concept of putting books up on a pedestal and creating a little scene around them. Here are some of them favorite bookstagrammers, whose photos I love perusing.
The great thing about bookstagram is the variety. Each page has a unique look and feel. Some favor YA books, some classics, and others post photos of contemporary literary fiction. So, whatever your genre preference, there’s probably something for you.
@foldedpagesdistillery
I love the Middle-earth feel here and the detail of the succulent is everything. Folded Pages Distillery is probably my favorite on the list, simply because the photos appear to my aesthetic- maps, antiques, and simple color palettes.
@stellette_reads
So vibrant and fun! This instagram page features a lot of Funko Pops and bookshelves.
@beautiful.bibliophile
If Fall is your favorite season, then this is a great bookstagrammer to follow. All the photos are very warm and cozy.
@rae.delbianco
Rae is featured in many of her posts- an inspiring bookish heroine. She frequently posts collages.
@eden.hammond
Bright and great for Disney and YA lovers.
@bookmusings
All white backgrounds here, very simple and pure.
@booksugar
Love me some monochromatic.
@silkreads
Antique cameras galore.
@abookishloveaffair
The antiquated feel here makes me want to curl up with a good read every time I look at this page.
@bookstorefinds
